APM CLEANS Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: November 26, 2025

Welcome to APM CLEANS. By using our website or scheduling any cleaning services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
APM CLEANS offers:
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Carpet cleaning and extraction
- Floor care
- Window cleaning
- Other related cleaning services by request

All services are performed by trained cleaning professionals.

2. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- You agree to provide accurate information regarding property type, size, and cleaning needs.
- If the property conditions differ from what was described, additional charges may apply.

3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on service type, property size, and condition.
- Final pricing may vary after inspection.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, and invoicing for approved clients.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
- Excessive cancellations may result in refusal of future services.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
- Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service.
- Notify us of any sensitive surfaces, problem areas, or hazards.

We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable furniture, unsecured items, or unsafe conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the completed appointment.
- We will return to correct the issue at no charge.
- No refunds are issued for services already performed.

7. Liability & Limitations
APM CLEANS is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Items not disclosed as fragile or sensitive
- Mold, mildew, or permanent stains that cannot be removed
- Damage caused by improper installation of flooring, windows, or fixtures

While we take great care, accidental damages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Photos & Documentation
For quality and documentation, our team may take before and after photos of service areas.
No personal or private areas will ever be photographed.

9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Copy or misuse our content
- Attempt to breach or disrupt the website
- Submit false or misleading information

10. Changes to Terms
APM CLEANS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Revisions will be posted on our website with an updated date.
